The fee you only see in the batch
A percent plus a few cents on every card ticket. It rarely shows up on the menu. It shows up when you close.
Do you know last month’s card cost without opening a dashboard?
We come to your business. Monday–Saturday.
OKC Field Sales LLC visits merchants across the Oklahoma City area. Twenty to thirty minutes. If it is not a fit, we say so.
In person, at your counter. Not a product catalog.

Monday’s sales are not always Tuesday’s deposit. A hold does not wait for your pay schedule.
What happens the week the deposit is late?
A chat queue can answer a password reset. It does not know your account.
Who picks up when the terminal is down at noon?
An Oklahoma City shop owner opened the Square dashboard on a Tuesday morning. Payroll was due. Monday night’s batch had not landed. The screen showed a hold. The path for help was a chat queue. Nobody who knew the account picked up.
This is a sketch, not a quote. The default uses 2.6% + $0.10, a common published in-person shape. Change it to match your statement.
Estimated card cost over 12 months, paid by you
$14,194
Same sketch if dual pricing fits and you keep the cash price
$0 to you
“0% processing” means your processing cost is offset through a cash price and a card price when the program fits. It does not mean the customer’s card is free.
| Square or Toast, typical | A visit with us | |
|---|---|---|
| Who you reach | App chat or a national queue | Gustavo, (405) 889-7051 |
| When money lands | Depends on the plan. Instant often costs extra. | Next-day funding, including Amex, when the Slice program fits |
| Who owns the account | A rotating desk | One local rep |
| Paper and a dead terminal | You buy paper. You wait on a replacement. | Slice includes paper and overnight swap when you are enrolled |
This is not a claim that we beat every Toast or Square package. Hardware stays off this page. We look at statements first.
Same volume. Same rate. The sketch above is the bill. The question is whether that bill is still acceptable next payroll, and the one after.
We do not answer that for you. That is what the visit is for.
Some owners need money for equipment or a slow season. Working capital is a separate review. It is not guaranteed, and this page is not an application.
Visits run Monday–Saturday, 7:00am–6:00pm, at your business. Oklahoma City, Edmond, Moore, Midwest City, Norman, Yukon, Bethany, Mustang, Newcastle, Shawnee, Guthrie, and El Reno.
No. Dual pricing shows a cash price and a card price. A surcharge is a different legal path. This page is not legal advice. We talk about cash price versus card price, not about adding a fee at the register.
Gustavo comes to your business for 20–30 minutes. You walk through how you get paid now. If a dual-pricing program on Clover, through Slice, fits, we say what that would look like. If it does not, we say that too.
No. A request holds the window as pending. It locks only after Gustavo confirms, usually within one business day. If nobody confirms within 24 hours, the hold expires and the time opens again.
The statement comes first. If the numbers do not support a change, we say so and stop. Month-to-month is not the Slice program. When equipment is part of what fits, it is a lease. Nothing on this page signs you up.
Three short steps. The time stays pending until it is confirmed.
